Léonor was a 18-years old talented soul singer when she met the Soul Surf 60's orientated instrumental combo The Lunar Tiki's in June 2006.Her clear and powerful voice matched perfectly the music . With already Flupke on Bass and Simon on Hammond Organ , the band line up was completed by punk drummer Luc and Surf Guitar Guru Roland. Leo & The Lunar Tiki s was born , but changing very quickly from Surf Soul to Garage , then including Psychedelic and Hard-Rock influences . Those changes were also possible thru line-up changes on Drum and guitar. Hakim is since August 2007 the guitar hero (after short intermezzo of Jean-Francois and Fred) . After Michel and Monique on Drums the young Merlin is our new drummer since Christmas 2008 .The band is playing regularly Live all over Belgium (Brussels as home base , but also Liege , Mons , Andenne , Charleroi , Tournai , Ghent ,Bruges, Liege , Verviers , Opwijk , and even a tour in France in July 2009). Due to increasing demands in Leonor's comedy school and acting career , the band will play less in 2010 but will keep the tiki's alive!

Leo (21) on lead vocal sings for the first time in her young career in a rock band . She joined the Lunar Tiki's in June 2006 and immediately became the image and frontwoman of the band . She is co-writing the lyrics of some songs and since "Wild angel" and "Never let you go" she is composing all the lyrics ."I don't know" is her first melodic composition in August 2008 , folowed by "Rock n roll star" , then "Waitin" and "Sorry". Her stage presence is an enlightment for everybody. Like Suki Jenkins wrote in UpFront "her voice is clear and powerful". Beside singing , she is also learning acting and dancing . In November 2009 she got her first small part in high profiled "Theatre Royal du Parc" with "La folle de Chaillot" and involves herserf more and more in her acting career.

Hakim (22) learned guitar listening to the 60's and 70's Guitar Heroes. It is his first band , like Leo , after some "basement experiments" with friends. He played his first full concert with the Tiki's on August 27th 2007, and now is a full time member and composer of the band. His first composition "Wild Angel" is a big improvement in the band's evolution. He is also trying to enlarge his musical skill with Jazz lessons and listen to all kind of musics.

Merlin is the youngest (20) but really talented drummer . He learn since 2006 but never played in bands.It's his first musical collaboration but he is coming from a musical family . He arrived at Christmas 2008 to replace Monique and proved immediately to be the right man in the right place .

Simon is a classical trained piano player and also Indian Sitar and Guitar player . He joined The Lunar Tiki's in May 2004 with his Hammond Organ. Main influences are Brian Auger , Jon Lord or James Taylor . He followed Hammond organ lessons from Dirk Vanderlinden - one of the Hammond references in Europe . He writes typical up-tempo's like "Never let you go" or "Il est trop tard". He is also playing in the Hammond Drum freaky Duet Kriminal Hammond Inferno

Flup'k , the only original member of the Lunar Tiki's, played Bass in rock and punk bands like The Nervous Shakes. Beside his bass skill , Flup'k is also a very talented song writer , and wrote some of the most entertaining songs of the band like "Weekend" or the french "Voulez-vous danser?(Yeah Yeah)". He is learning Double-Bass also , to be able to play jazzy tunes.

Former important band member
| Monique was offered to join the Lunar Tiki's in July 2008 after Michel's decision to stop . After 4 month and 11 gigs, she left the band in November 2008 .

| Michel played in several legendarous bands in Brussels as Drummer , but also composed a whole LP in Japan (NOH MASK) and joined the Lunar Tiki's in December 2006 after Luc's decision to take some vacation. In June 2008 he left the band because of too much work outside and was replaced by Monique

| Roland played in several rock bands during the 90's and as a surf guitar guru and fan of surf music , he asked Flup'k and Luc to create the band in 2003. He is the composer of Surf songs like "Speed Limit","Ripped" and his latest composition "Tiki Girl". He left the band after Jazz Marathon shows on May 27th 2007 but came back for a one shot on August 4th (see in the pictures section)

| Our former drummer Luc is a legend in Brussels. He played is a cult punk band called Spermicide then in several 60's psyche band like The Bees ans Surf Band like Mighty Gordini's. He created with Flup'k and Roland The Lunar Tiki's in 2003. At the end of 2006 he left the band and was replaced by "Mike".
